Message In The Music (MITM) leverages music and the performing arts to drive youth empowerment, social justice, and community transformation. To enhance our operations and programming, we are seeking interns from various college departments to assist in key roles that will provide hands-on experience in nonprofit management, event planning, marketing, media production, and community outreach.

INTERNSHIP ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Artist Engagement Intern
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting, managing, and coordinating artists for MITM events and community outreach programs.
- Support artists in networking and career development.
- Organize artist-led community workshops.
- Develop marketing content to highlight artist contributions.
- Maintain an artist directory with performance history and engagement data.

Responsibilities:

- Handle vendor relations and ensure smooth event operations.
- Create and distribute promotional materials for upcoming events.
